On Aug 31, 2021, Nadja Verena Marcin is featured alongside 100 other international ecofeminist artists on the online platform Room to Bloom, which promotes ecofeminist and postcolonial art practices and is supported by the Creative Europe Program. The initiative amplifies the voices of migrant and marginalized artists from regions such as Sicily, Ukraine, Poland and Greece, while addressing structural barriers in the European art world. Marcin’s participation in the form of workshops, studio visits and artist talks, including at the Warszawa Biennale, underscores her alignment with the platform’s mission to combat patriarchy and racism in art, promote transnational collaboration and redefine European cultural narratives.
