On Jun 29, 2021, Nadja Verena Marcin presents an Artist Talk as part of the Ecofeminist Workshop hosted by Avtonomi Akadimia in Athens, Greece, an event under the Room to Bloom initiative. Room to Bloom is a platform that brings together feminist artists to develop ecological and postcolonial narratives for Europe. During the talk, Marcin will introduce her project #SOPHYGRAY, a feminist chatbot that critiques gender biases in AI and fosters critical discussions on how technology and art can drive a sustainable and inclusive future. The event will also feature lectures by artists and scholars, including Penny Travlou, Eleni Riga, Joulia Strauss, and Marc Müller, who explored the intersections of art, ecology, and activism.
