As part of the 2023 Ars Electronica exhibition titled Who Owns the Truth?, Nadja Verena Marcin’s project #SOPHYGRAY is prominently featured in the European Union Prize for Citizen Science display. The project, a feminist voice bot that engages audiences by offering philosophical and humorous answers grounded in feminist theory, receives an Honorary Mention for the European Union Prize for Citizen Science by Ars Electronica. #SOPHYGRAY will be on display in the Citizen Science group exhibition, running from Sep 6–10, 2023, in Linz, Austria. The display emphasizes the importance of accessible, citizen-driven science, showcasing projects that foster public engagement with scientific and technological issues.
