The group exhibition Glitch: Ontological Exhaustions & System Failures at Spazju Kreattiv in Malta, curated by Verena Voigt, explores themes of resistance, disruption, and digital dynamics through the lens of glitch as a tool for activism and systemic critique. Nadja Verena Marcin presents her work Zero Gravity, alongside artists including Patrick Amadon, Michael Betancourt, Ruth Bianco, Ian Keaveny, Katrin Leitner, Joanna Moll, and Niklas Washausen.
Marcin’s Zero Gravity resonates deeply with the exhibition’s focus on aesthetic and technological disruptions and is complemented by other works such as the new production Ghosts of Our Lives, inspired by Mark Fisher and featuring found footage from the East German Resistance Archives. The show invites reflection on how glitches—both historical and contemporary—expose and challenge dominant systems in our increasingly digital world.
