In a small wooden house, visible through a lit window, live Cat and Bear. Observers can follow their daily activities: eating, fighting, dancing, and loving each other. As the viewer looks down at the two amusing little creatures from above, they assume a superior position. Yet the artwork simultaneously holds up a mirror, challenging the viewer with their own relativity, as the pair closely mirrors a human couple. The small house acts as a metaphor for our own limitations and the traditional ways of life we retreat to.
